Initially created to satisfy demand from two singles garnering heavy airplay on local radio, “Go Hard…The Album” is BIG REC’s follow-up to his successful debut LP “Chronicles: The Lineage Life & Legacy”. The project is a farewell/tribute to the people of Oklahoma as a token of gratitude for 13 years of love & support of REC’s career. The sound is a hybrid of underground hip-hop, club bangers & raw street music, aiming to expand REC’s brand of positive music while meeting his audience exactly where they are. “Go Hard…” features some of the finest emcees most have never heard of, including Senica aka Da Misfit, J-Barré and introducing 17 year-old phenom C-Boi. The album also features R&B/Soul sensation CoCo Jones, who is set to be one of the music industry’s breakout artists in 2008. Production is handled by Z1R0, T-REX & FirstBorn (of Mass Reality fame).
