BC (Bone Circus) - Framework

BC (formerly Bone Circus) has been bubbling on the surface of the underground for a few years now. They brought in a new member, DJ Stibs, and have continued down a path of honing their raw talent. Nothing glitzy here about these raps, but its full of honesty. This record is a throwback in a few ways… one is the sound of those ever so tasty dusty grooves cooked up by Sean P. This guy is definitely a producer to watch. Then you’ve got some straightforward raps with some well placed interludes and guests. Sean P and Stibs get busy on the 1’s and 2’s all over this one. Guest include: Playdough, Fred Bruno, YSG-Timothy, Manchild of Mars ILL and Heath McNease. Othello even drops by for a beat. Pick this up. It’s one of those rare releases that recaptures what is so good about hip-hop.
