All items are in NEW condition unless otherwise noted. Some items may have light to moderate damage, such as CDs having cracked jewel cases. If anything is not NEW, we will note it as such in the description. Nothing for sale in the Closeouts and Bargains section is defective, to our knowledge, in any way.
